5. Venue of this proceeding is in this County because
decedent owned real property in this County.
6. Harold I1. Goldman, Esquire whose address is 8028
South Federal Highway, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452 is
qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to serve as
Personal Representative of decedents Estate is entitle to
preference in appointment as Personal Representative because of
such appointment by First National Bank of Chicago Heights in
accordance with Article III(B) of the Last Will-and Testament of
the decedent.
7. Domicilliary Probate proceedings are known to be
pending in the State of Illinois and Letters of Office have been
issued to First National. Bank of Chicago Heights as Independent
Executor of the within Estate by the Circuit Court of Cook
County, Illinois, County Department, Probate Division, at ?Io.
C117036. True and correct copies of such appointment are
attached hereto.
. 8. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this Estate subject to probate in the State of Florida are: r
'f Lot 19, Block 1262, Port St. Lucie, Section 11, a
` Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 51, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Value: $40,000.00.

Codicil of the decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 9

10. An authenticated copy of the decedent's Will
probated in Cook County, Illinois accompanies this Petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be admitted s
to Probate and that Harold H. Goldman, Esquire by appointed
Personal Representative of the Florida Estate of the decedent.
