for Release from Incarceration of the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND
REHABILITATIVE SERVICES for the above-named Respondent and the
Court having considered the p$pers filed herein and being fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Release from
Incarceration be and it is hereby granted; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Sheriff's Department of
~ St. Lucie County, Florida, shall and it is hereby ordered to
~ immediately release the above-named Respondent from incarceration

until further order of the Court .
