in Park Trail. Acres, a subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 19, page 18, of the
Pub11c Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Maker covenants with Payee that
a dwelling will be erected upon the real property afore fully described in said
Mortgage. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, the indebtedness
t evidenced hereby shall be due and payable pith interest at the above stated
