This Promissory Note is secured by Mortgage upon real property lying and being
in Park Trail Acres, a subdivision as recorded in Plat Book l9, page 18, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Maker covenants with Payee that
a dwelling will be erected upon the real property more fully described in said
Mortgage. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, the indebtedness
evidenced hereby shall be due and payable with interest at the above stated rate
upon completion and closing of the sale of said dwelling should the same occur
prior to the one year maturity otherwise stated herein.
