BEFORE me, the undersigned officer, personally
appeared Elton H. Schwarz, who, after being by me first
duly sworn, upon his oath, deposes and says:

1. That he is the duly elected end commissioned
Public Refender in and for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit

of the State of Florida.
2. That the Gary Williams referred to in the Notice
of Lien filed in Official Record-Book 266, Page 1607. of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, according to
.his Affidavit filed with this office on June 23, 1976, was

born on November 19, 1956 and has been assigned social se-
curity number 420-82-7315.

3. That the said Gary Williams referred to in
said Notice of Lien is not one and the same individual.as Gary
I~. Williams, born April 22, 1952 and having social security
~ number 264-13-6768. i
