Beginning at a concrete monument on the East right-of-way
line of the Florida East Coast Railway Company and the
North property line of lands owned by Bernard Rubin, said
monument being 750 feet South of the North line of Govern- !
meet Lot 4, Section 1S, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
in the city of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida; run
thence North 16 deg.-OO min. West, along the East right-of-
way line of said Railway Company, 88.23 feet to a concrete '
monument; thence North 84 deg.-54 min. East, L70.13 feet
to a concrete monument; thence East 121.22 feet to a con-
crete-monument on the West side of Indian River Drive;
thence continue East 127 feet to the West shore of Indian
River; thence Southeasterly, meandering the Hest shore of
Indian River, run 102 feet to a point on the North line of
aforesaid Bernard Rubin property, said point being 750 feet
Wouth of the aforesaid North line of Government Lot 4; thence
West, along the North line of Rubin property, 116 feet to a
concrete monument on the West side of Indian River Drive;
thence continue West, along the North line of said Rubin
property and the South line of the North 750 feet of afore-
said Government Lot 4, 295.70 feet to the point of beginning;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM right-of-way for Indian River Drive;
INCLUDING THEREWITH riparian rights in Indian River.
