The characteristics of each type of building are as follows: Of the seventeen (17) eight-plexes, eight (8) of these will contain in each eight (8) two-bedroom apartments. The remaining nine (9) of the eight-plex buildings will contain four (4) two-bedroom apartments and four (4) one- bedroom apartments. There will be two (2) four-plex buildings, each of which will contain two (2) two-bedroom .apartments and two (2) one-bedroom apartments. The six- plex building will contain six (6) two-bedroom apartments. Each building will be constructed principally of concrete blocks, concrete and wood. Each two-bedroom unit will have two (2) bathrooms. Each one-bedroom unit will have a bath-and-a-half. Attached hereto as Exhibit "C" are typical layouts of the one-bedroom units and the two-bedroom units. This condominium project will be developed as provided in the Declaration and as shown on the plot plan, survey and exhibits per- taining to the layout of each building. Such attendant common ele- ments as the swimming pool, concrete patio deck and shower, clubhouse, parking spaces, lawns and landscaping, fenced storage area, fence surrounding the condominium property, streets and access roads are contained in the condominium project. Numbering of units will be as is shown on Exhibit ~"B" to this Prospectus. Air Conditioning Appliances, Etc. Each unit will be equipped with its own air conditioning unit (heating and cooling). The cost of maintaining and operating this unit will be an expense of the unit owner and will not be part of the common expenses. The developer will furnish with each apartment a dishwasher, an electric stove and oven and an electric refrigerator. Developer does not furnish a washing machine nor dryer; however, provisions have been made for the stubbing in of electrical and water outlets.
