HomeMy WebLinkAbout1495 Parking. Each unit will have one (1) covered parking space and one (1) uncovered parking space which will be limited common ele- ments. The expense of maintaining said parking spaces, both covered and uncovered, shall be part of the common expenses. There will be guest spaces which will be available for the guests and invitees of all unit owners. These guest spaces will be common elements. All parking spaces attributable to each of the several units will be num- bered and the use of all such spaces shall be limited to the use by the owner of the particular unit to which it is assigned. (2) Plot Plan and Survey of the Condominium The plot plan and survey of the condominium is attached as - Exhibit "B" of the Declaration of Condominium and to this Prospectus as Exhibit "B". (3) Estimated Date of Completion The estimated latest date of completion of constructing, r finishing and equipping the condominium is December 31, 1981. (4)(c) Maximum Number of Units There will be a maximum of one hundred -fifty (150) units in the condominium project. The maximum number of units that will use the -facilities in common is one hundred fifty (150) units. ARTICLE II (5). THIS CONDOMINIUM IS CREATED AND WILL BE SOLD AS FEE SIMPLE INTERESTS AND NOT AS LEASEHOLD INTERESTS. (The form of Agreement for sale of units is attached hereto as Exhibit "A". ) No time share estates are or may be created with respect to _ any unit in the condominium developement. ARTICLE III (6) DESCRIPTION OF RECREATIONAL AND OTHER COMMONLY USED FACILITIES The following facilities will be used only by the unit owners of the condominium: i (a) Clubhouse and Association Office INDIAN PINES VILLAGE will have one (1) clubhouse of approxi- mately two thousand (2000) square feet.
