The clubhouse will have a kitchen containing kitchen facilities and equipment. The clubhouse will ~ be located near the southern end of the condominium property and will be immediately adjacent to the swimming pool. Association Office. There will be a separate office in the clubhouse building for association office use. It will contain approximately ore hundred forty-four (144) square feet~and have a capacity of two people. (b) Swimming Pool, Concrete Patio Deck and Shower INDIAN PINGS VILLAGE will have one (1) swimming pool having dimensions of approximately twenty by forty feet (20' X 40'), and ranging in depth from a minimum of about three feet (3') to a maximum of about seven feet (7'). The pool will be unheated. The pool will have a concrete patio deck about six feet (6') wide on all sides with a twenty foot (20') concrete deck at the southeast corner of the pool. The pool and patio deck will each have a capacity of approximately forty (40) people and will be located on the south side of the condominium property near the entrance and imme- . diately adjacent to the clubhouse. The pool will be surrounded by a fence at least three feet (3')~in height. f Immediately adjacent to the swimming pool will be located an outside fresh water showerhead for use in conjunction with the pool. f - Its capacity will be one (1)•person. ti ' (c) Additional Facilities Located at the north end of the property will be a storage area for the parking and storage of recreational vehicles, boats, trailers and other like vehicles. This area will be fenced and will be available to unit owners on a first come, first served basis. The initial rental charge will be the sum of Two Dollar ($2.00) per month for the storage or parking of each such vehicle or boat. These rates may_ be adjusted from time to time by the association. Revenue from this source shall be income to the association.
