HomeMy WebLinkAbout1499 From time ~ to time prepare and mail a newsletter concerning activities of the Hoard and other items of interest to the unit owners= Furnish fiscal management and services for the operation of the condominium including the hiring, payment and supervision of all employees and independent contractors as may be required; To see to the maintenance of all buildings and all of the common elements; Render services for unit owners as are specifically set forth in the management agreement. The association shall pay to the agent or manager as compen- sation for the services described above and in the management agreement the sum of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per month per unit, the sum of One Hundred Eighty Dollars ( $180.00 ) per unit per year or the total sum of Twenty-Seven Thousand Dollars ($273000,00) per year for the entire project. Provisions for the increase in compensation shall be subject to negotiation at the expiration of each contract period. ARTICLE VI (12) THE DEVELOPER HAS THE RIGHT TO QONTINUE OONTROL OF THE ASSOCIATION AFTER A MAJORITY OF THE UNITS HAVE BEEN SOLD. (See page 12 of the Declaration of Condominium. ) The provisions with reference to control and transfer of control to the owners is in compliance with Section 718.301, Florida Statutes. • ~ ARTICLE VII (13) THE SALE, LEASE OR TRANSFER OF UNITS IS RESTRICTED OR CONTROLLED. (Reference to restrictions and provisions with respect to sale, lease or transfer of ownership of units may be found in the Declaration of Condominium, page 22, Paragraph XXII.) ARTICLE VIII (16) SUMMARY OF RESTRICTIONS As in most or all condominium projects, the use of the several units and the common elements is restricted or is controlled to a certain extent.
