HomeMy WebLinkAbout1500 restrictions are deemed to be reasonable and are deemed to be of bene- fit to the eventual purchasers of the units in the use of their units and their enjoyment of the common elements. These restrictions are briefly summarized as follows: limi- tation of one vote per unit (4); sharing of common expenses (3); restrictions upon alteration of units (10); responsibilities of unit owner with respect to maintenance of unit (9); required compliance with all restrictions and provisions (13); regulations with reference to parking in area (12); general use regulations and restrictions (131; prohibitions with reference to signs, advertisements, etc. (14); provi- sions pertaining to conduct. of residents and compliance with law (14); provisions with reference to payment of taxes by unit owners (14); pro- hibition of fireworks and solicitation (15); roadways, speed. limits and regulation thereof (15); provisions with respect to sidewalks and entrances (16); restrictions with reference to clothes lines, painting of exterior of building, etc. (17) ; maintenance by unit owner of interior of unit and limitation of single-family private dwellings (18); provisions and limitations with reference to pets (18); restrictions with reference to refuse disposal (19 restrictions with reference to resale and leasing of units (20); restrictions and rules pertaining to clubhouse, swimming pool and other common areas and facilities (20); prohibition against time-sharing ownership (24). Reference should be made to the Declaration of Condominium for the detailed restrictions. ARTICLE IX (18) PROVISIONS FOR FURNISHING OF UTILITIES AND OTHER SERVICES Utilities and other services enumerated below will be provi- ded with the person or entity so indicated .
