HomeMy WebLinkAbout1501 Services for the collection of household garbage and waste initially will be provided by an independent collector who will contract with the association. The costs for this service shall be a common expense. Storm drainage facilities will be installed by the developer and will be maintained by INDIAN PINES VILLAGE OONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. _ ARTICLE X (19) COMMON EXPENSES AND COMMON OWNERSHIP (See Exhibit "D" of this Prospectus for Schedule of Gammon Ownership and Share of Common Expenses.) The two-bedroom units shall each bear .734698 of the common expense. Each one-bedroom unit shall bear .47959$ of the common expense (except for Unit 6, Building T, which will bear .48009$ of the common expense). The ownership of each two-bedroom unit will have an undivided .73469 interest in the common ~ler.:erts and mammon surplus.
