IDENTITY OF DEVELOPER AND SALES AGENT
The developer, RILL TOP DEVELOPERS, INC., is a California
corporation authorized to do business in Florida. The operating offi-
cer of HILL TOP DEVELOPERS, INC., and the principal who will direct
the creation of the condominium project is LARRY WHITTLE. From 1970
to 1976, Mr. Whittle was Vice-President of OOM-BANK in the Lending
and Finance Department. For part of 1976 through 1978, Mr. Whittle
was Vice-President of BARNETT BANK. From 1978 to the present date, he
has been engaged in the operation, management and construction of
various projects including•TYLER WAY TOWNHOUSES in Reno, Nevada and
CYPRESS WOODS OONDOMINIUM in Orlando, Florida.
The sales agent for the condominium is EARL R. NELSON, INC. ,
15000 Highway 54 West, Zephyrhills, Florida 33599. The officer of
this corporation who will direct the sales efforts is DONALD P. -
TRUPPI, Senior Vice-President of EARL R. NELSON, INC. Mr. Truppi was
an Investment Analyst for Phelps Dodge Copper Corp. (four years) and
Executive Vice-President of First Tarpon Service Corporation in charge
of land acquisition (five years). Mr. Truppi is a licensed real
estate broker.

ASSOCIATION
Management of Condominium
As has been heretofore noted, a corporation not for profit _
has been chartered with the State of Florida known as INDIAN PINES
VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. A copy of the Articles of
Incorporation is attached to the Declaration of Condominium as
Exhibit ML+N ~ ~ F
G MEMBERSHIP
Each unit owner by virtue of his ownership of the condominium
unit will automatically become a member of the association. Each unit
owner is entitled to cast one (1) vote in matters pertaining to the
election of Directors of the association and on any other matters
where a vote of the owners is required in connection with condominium
