ULTIMATE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION
The ultimate responsibility for the management of the busi-
ness and affairs of the condominium association rests with the asso-
ciation. Its Board_ of Directors will initially consist of three (3)
members; however, provision has been made for increasing the number of
Directors to not mire than eleven (11) Directors in order to give a
broader representation. A copy of By-Laws of the association is
attached to the Declaration -of Condominium as Exhibit "F".

GOOD FAITH EFFORT TO COMPLY
The developer, HS LL TOP DEVELOPERS, INC., has attempted in
good faith to comply with the disclosure requirements of the Florida
' Condominium Act. This Prospectus does not purport to describe all of
the features of INDIAN PINES VILLAGE, but rather attempts to comply
with the requirements of the Statute in order to make full disclosure
for the benefit of prospective purchasers. More detailed information
may be obtained from the sales brochure or from sales personnel.
ARTICLE XVII (718.203)
WARRANTIES
The developer, HILL TOP DEVELOPERS, INC., makes all warran-
ties as are set forth specifically in Section 718.203, Florida
Statutes. No other warranties are made, either express or implied.
