PURCHASE AGREEMENT
This Agreement „ made and entered into this day of
198 , between HILL TOP DEVELOPERS, INC., a
California corporation authorized to do business in -the State of
Florida, hereinafter referred to as "Seller", and

hereinafter referred to as
"Purchaser".
W I T N E S S E T H
WHEREAS, the Purchaser desires to purchase a living unit in
INDIAN PINES VILLAGE, a proposed condominium, to be situated in St.
Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:
That certain condominium parcel described as Unit ,
Building , together with. an undivided percentage
share of_the common elements and appurtenances thereto
according to the Declaration of Condominium of INDIAN
PINES VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, and related documents
to be recorded in the Official Record Books of St.
Lucie County, Florida,.and further in the Condominium
Plat Books of St. Lucie County, Florida. (The legal
description covering the fee title to the real estate
upon which the condominium project is to be located
is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".)
WHEREAS, Seller is the owner in fee simple of all of the
improvements erected or installed or which are to be erected or
installed on the real estate described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto,
and Seller proposes to construct a condominium project thereupon to be
known as INDIAN PINES VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, containing one hundred
fifty (150) condominium units and related facilities as set out in the
Prospectus and proposed Declaration of Condominium; and
.WHEREAS, the Purchaser desires to purchase and the Seller
desires to sell to Purchaser that condominium parcel described above
herein together with an undivided 8 share in the common ele-
ments appurtenant thereto in accordance Kith the terms, conditions and
provisions hereinafter stated.
