INITIAL DEPOSIT: The initial deposit of ten percent (10$) ) paid upon the execution of this Agreement shall immediately upon the expiration of fifteen (15) days -after date hereof be placed in escrow by Seller with EARL R. NELSON, INC., whose address is 15000 Highway 54 F~est, Zephyrhills, Florida 33599, to be held in e escrow by said escrow agent pursuant to the terms and provisions of Section 718.202(1), Section 718.503, Florida Statutes, and the Escrow Agreement made between Seller and Escrow Agent dated the day of 1980, a copy of which is incorporated by reference as Exhibit "B" attached hereto. These escrow funds may be deposited in separate accounts by said escrow agent or in common escrow or trust accounts or commingled with other escrow or trust accounts handled by or received by the escrow agent. The escrow agent shall invest the escrow funds in securities of the United -States or any agency thereof or in savings or time deposits in institutions insured by an agency of the United States. Purchaser will be furnished a receipt for said- deposit upon request to escrow agent.
