make their own financial arrangements. Seller does not offer or pur-
port to obtain mortgage financing for Purchaser in any way. Failure
of Purchaser to obtain a commitment for financing within thirty (30)
days following execution hereof shall give Seller the right to return
to Purchaser all monies paid as a deposit binder, and this Agreement
shal l thereafter become nu 11 and void .

E. If Seller elects not to complete the building in which
Purchaser's unit is located or is unable to complete the same for any
reason, parties agree that Seller may return to Purchaser all monies

paid and terminate all obligations thereunder.
F. Purchaser represents that the acquisition of this apart-
m~nt is for personal occupancy. This-Agreement may not_be assigned or
transferred by Purchaser without the express written consent of

to this unit by the developer in accordance with the provisions of the

t 10. ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS: This Agreement supersedes any
and all prior or contemporaneous written or oral understandings bet-
ween the parties and constitutes their entire agreement.
11.- AMENDMENTS: Th~.s Agreement may not be amended except by
written agreement signed by the party sought to be charged therewith
or his duly authorized agent.
12. BINDING EFFECT:- This Agreement shall bind wand inure to
