HomeMy WebLinkAbout1529 areas are kept in neat and attractive condition. The lawn shall be mowed at least twice a month or at such more frequent intervals as growing conditions require. Agent shall supervise the watering, fertilizing and clipping of the lawns and shrubs as may be required. O. Litter Disposal. Agent shall provide litter receptacles as may be necessary 'to provide for the deposit of litter, paper and trash and shall pick up and remove such litter at least weekly. P. Janitorial Personnel. Agent shall procure and provide clubhouse janitorial and cleaning personnel on a weekly basis or more often as such services may be reasonably required in order that the clubhouse and the pool area is maintained in a neat and attractive condition. Q. Pool Maintenance. To procure pool maintenance services for routine weekly services of pool and chemical treatment applica- tion for said pool. R. Administrative Services. Agent shall provide the .following administrative services: (1) Meetings. Agent shall provide suitable meeting places for, prepare agendas for, send notices to unit owners and Board mem- I; bers of, and cause a representative of its organization to attend i all meetings of the unit owners and of the Board of Directors. If i ~ ~ , requested by the Board, Agent shall have its representative act as secretary of the Association and record and keep minutes of meetings. (2) Letters and Reports. Agent shall prepare and post all letters and reports as the Board may direct. (3) Records. Agent shall keep all records of the affairs and proceedings of the Association and of the Board, including but i not limited to minutes of meetings, By-Laws, rules and regulations and amendments thereto. (4) Fidelity Bonds.
