occasioned by any dishonest or fraudulent acts committed on or
after the date hereof by Agent, its officezs, directors or employees.
(5) Insurance. Agent shall have responsibility for the
supervision of all condominium insurance policies, which respon-
sibility shall include the filing and pressing of claims and review
and recommendations from time to time as to the adequacy of coverage.
(6~ Newsletter. From time to time, Agent shall prepare
and mail or cause to be prepared and mailed a newsletter containing
decisions of the Board and other items of interest to unit owners.
S. Services for Unit Owners. Agent shall provide the
following services for unit owners:

(1) Complaints. Agent shall. consider and, when reasonable,
attempt to remedy complaints of unit owners or their tenants. Agent ~
shall refer any complaints it deems unreasonable to the Board of
Directors.
(2) Moving Assistance. At the time the buildings are
completed and ready for occupancy, Agent shall inspect the common
elements and each unit for any apparent defects and render a report
thereon to the Board. Agent shall make arrangements for the delivery
of units to their owners; including keys, copies of the rules and
regulations and any relevant documents or warranties.
(3) Ascertain Assessments. When the books of tentative
assessed valuations of INDIAN PINES VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM are opened
for public inspection each year, Agent shall ascertain the assess-
ments of the units and report such assessments to the respective
unit owners. ~

T. Irliscellaneous Services. Agent shall furnish all
miscellaneous services as authorized by the Hoard or otherwise as
may be necessary for the proper maintenance and operation of the
property in accordance with the provisions hereinafter set out. '
3. Compensation of Agent. Association shall pay Agent
as compensation for the services described above Fifteen Dollars
