4. Personnel. The Agent shal2~employ such personnel as
riay be necessary to adequately perform and provide all of the ser-
vices herein outlined. The minimum number of personnel to be employed

by Agent will be three (3) in number consisting of one (1) part-time
office assistant and two (2) part-time lawn and maintenance persons.
5. Disclosure of Financial Ownership Interests. Pursuant
to subsection (1)(e) of Section 718.3025, Florida Statutes, it is
hereby disclosed that the developer, HILL TOP DEVELOPERS, INC., a
California corporation authorized to transact business in Florida,
and HILL TOP DEVELOPERS, INC., Agent, are the same corporate entity.
5. Miscellaneous Expenses; Reimbursea?ent to Agent. Pur-
suant to previous arrangements as are set out in the Prospectus of
INDIAN PINES VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, the developer, HILL TOP DEVELOPERS,
INC., will absorb the Association's miscellaneous expenses for the
first year of operation. Should this agreement by reason of non-

cancellation by either party hereto pursuant to paragraph 8 hereof
be extended or renewed, the Association will pay all operational,
office and other expenses including but not limited to the following:
A. Postage for all office correspondence, billings,
notice to owners;
B. Telephone service for Association's offices;
C. Electricity and power for Association's offices;
D. Attorneys' fees and court costs incurred by Association
in collecting assessments or any other litigation to which Association
is a party;
E. Costs of .filing assessment liens;
F. Salaries, withholding taxes, Social Security taxes
and workmen's compensation on employees of Association;
G. Bank charges on Association bank accounts;
H. Stationery and office supplies for Association; s
I. Fidelity bond premiums;
J. Expenses of sale or lease of reacquired units;
K. Any and all like operating expenses of Association.
