PROPOSED DBCLARATION OF OONDOIrlINIOM
OF
INDIAN PINES VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM
I. Submission Statement
The undersigned, BILL TOP DEVELOPERS; INC., hereby submits in
fee simple the property hereinafter described, to condominium
ownership.
II. Name
The name by which this condominium is to be identified is
INDIAN PINES VILLAGE, A OONDOMINIUM.
III. Legal Description
The legal description of the lands submitted to condominium
ownership pursuant to this Declaration of Condominium is shown on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto. The several units contained within the
condominium shall be sold by the developer as fee simple interests and
not as leasehold interests.
IV. Identification of Units-
There will be a total of one hundred fifty (150 ) condominium
units in the entire project. These 150 units will be contained in

twenty (20) different buildings being designated as Buildings A
f through T inclusive. Exhibit "B" attached hereto indicates the
buildings, the number, of apartments in each building and other per-
tinent information pertaining to said buildings and apartments.
V. Survey, Plot Plan and Graphic Description of Improvements
The information required by Section 718.104(4)(e) of the
Florida Statutes is contained in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and by
reference incorporated herein. Construction of the condominium is not
completed. The estimated date of completion of the condominium pro-

- ject is December 31, 1961. When conpleted, this Declaration-shall be
amended bo include the certificate of the surveyor as required by the

Condominium Act, which amendment need be executed only by developer.
