Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, no
amendment to the Declaration of Condaminium pertaining to (A) any con-
dominium unit or the configuration thereof, (B) voting rights, (C)
percentage of ownership of common elementg, or (D) any provision con-
tained herein pertaining to termination. In order to change any of
the foregoing by amendment or otherwise, it will be necessary to have
the approval of 2/3 of the Board of Directors of the condominium asso-
ciation and the affirmative vote of all of the owners of all of the
units in the condominium; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the developer'reser-
ves the right to alter any unsold units under the provision of
paragraph V, Section 1 of this Declaration.
Section 6 - Further Limitation - Institutional Mortgagees
No amendment to this Declaration or the By-Laws of the asso-
ciation which in any. way alters, changes, limits, diminishes or other-
wise affects any institutional mortgagees' position or•~tight as
mortgagee of any condominium parcel shall be effective without the
joinder of said institutional mortgagee.
XI. Assessments
Section 1 - Common Ex enses; Liens of Common Expenses;
Waiver o Homestead Rights
Common expenses including those required under any management
contract shall be assessed against each condominium parcel owner by
the association in the percentages as provided in paragraph VI hereof
and as shown on Exhibit "D". All assessments, including reasonable
attorneys • fees and other costs to collect the same, shall be secured
by lien against the condominium parcel against which it is made. Such
lien shall be effective upon .its recording in the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida. The claim of lien shall state the descrip-
tion of the parcel or unit, the owner's name, the amount due and the
date due. The lien shall continue in full force and effect until
paid. `The lien shall be prior to and superior in diginity to the
creation of any homestead status or rights and every purchaser of a
condominium parcel herein hereby consents to the imposition of such
lien prior to the attaching of any homestead status.
