The aforementioned referen- , ces in the Florida Statutes shall be as said statutes read at the time of recording this Declaration. In addition, the common elements shall include all of the real property heretofore described (except for the. individual units) and which are referred to as the "caamon elements", which definition shall include the multi-family structures and the . , property upon which they are located, specifically including, but not limited to, the land, roof, main walls, slabs, walkways, gardens, lawn, landscaping, pumps, generators, water tanks, trees and shrubs, utility lines, guest parking facilities, clubhouse and swimming pool and equipment, streets, and driveways. The two parking spaces assigned to each unit and the fenced storage and parking area shall be limited common elements, but the expense of maintaining the same shall- be a common expense. XV. Unit Boundaries and Unit Numbers (See Exhibit "C" for typical layout of units.) Each unit shall include that part of the building containing the unit that lies within the following boundaries: Section 1 - Upper and Lower Boundaries j The upper and lower boundaries of a unit shall be the .following boundaries extended to an intersection with the perimetrical boundaries: A. Upper Boundary: The horizontal planes of the undecorated finished ceiling. B.
