the prospective sale, all purchasers may be interviewed by the Board
of Directors.
All provisions of the Declaration of Condominium relating to
the resale of units will be strictly enforced. Reference should be
made to paragraph XXII on page 22 of~ this Declaration of Condominium
for provisions pertaining to conveyance of ownership of units.
Section 19 - Complaints
All complaints of any nature whatsoever are to be made in
writing to the management office .
Section 20 - Children
All children shall be reasonably supervised by a parent or
other responsible adult at all times and shall not be permitted to
conduct themselves so as to create a nuisance or disturb other resi-
dents of the condominium.
The intent of the regulations listed above is to assure maxi-
mum use of the facilities for the benefit of all owners, and excep-
tions will be made only in keeping with that spirit. These rules are
made for the benefit of the condominium community as a whole, and any
violation of them may result in a loss of privileges or other
penalties at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
XXI. Clubhouse and Swimming Pool, Regulations
The pool, clubhouse and their facilities are for the use of
owners and their guests and will be open from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.
The Board of Directors may grant exceptions to this rule in its
discretion.
Guests must be accompanied by an owner at all times.
Children under twelve (12) years of age must be accompanied
by and under the control of a parent when in the clubhouse.
Pets are not allowed in the clubhouse or pool area.
Persons wearing bathing suits or other wet apparel are not
allowed in the clubhouse. Shoes must be worn in the clubhouse at all
times.
Duly constituted committees of the condominium may reserve

all or part of the clubhouse at no cost,.,provided that the intended
use does not discriminate nor prejudice the rights of any owner.
