the clubhouse for private parties at a nominal cost, provided that the.
use does not conflict with other scheduled activities.
Reservations of the clubhouse facilities for other than regu-
larly scheduled activities must be made at least two (2) weeks in
advance by requesting authorization from the club manager.
For private parties, a security deposit of Fifty Dollars
(S50.00) is required to reserve the clubhouse. The deposit will be
refunded after the premises have been found to be left in satisfactory
condition.
Those reserving the clubhouse for a private party are respon-
sible for paying any extra costs for custodial services. The usual
charge is Fifteen Dollars ($15.00), but .it may vary with the cir-
cumstances at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

Whenever the clubhouse facilities are used for an owner acti-
vity, the owner in charge will be responsible for cleaning up after a
use. Cleaning is to include, but not necessarily be limited to, cleaning

off tables, washing dishes and ash trays, removing any special decor~-
tions, picking up trash from the floors, disposing of trash, etcetera.
Each owner shall be finanacially.responsfble for any damage -
caused to the pool, clubhouse or its contents by said owner, or any of
the owner's family, tenants, or guests, and repair costs will be
assessed against his unit.. _
Persons using the clubhouse must conduct themselves so that
their act ions cannot be considered to be offensive to others . Owners
will be responsible for their guests' conduct.
Persons using the clubhouse will be required to adhere to any
special use restrictions posted in the clubhouse. The Board of
Directors has the authority to amend these rules at any time without
notice.
Use of pool and clubhouse is limited to owners and their
guests. Only house guests are permitted to use the pool.
All persons must shower before entering the pool.' Everyone ~
using suntan oil or lotion must shower every time before entering the
pool to prevent costly damage to filters and pump.
