HomeMy WebLinkAbout1558 1 Persons having any skin disease, sore or inflamed eyes, nasal or ear discharge or any open sores are prohibited from entering the pool. Persons using the pool with hair of shoulder length or longer must tie ft up securely if not wearing a cap. Clfps, pins and hair can cause expensive damage to filters and pump. Appropriate clothing must be worn. Cut-off jeans and under- wear shall not be permitted. Persons using oil and lotions must place towels on chairs and lounges before sitting on same. Food and all glass containers and objects are forbidden in pool and pool area. For the safety and peaceful enjoyment of all, inflatable mattresses, floats, scuba gear and toys are not allowed in or around .the pool. No running, screaming and horseplay are allowed around the pool. Pool area furniture may not be reserved by individuals. Pool and clubhouse furniture shall not be removed from the area. Pets are not permitted in pool or pool area. Neither the association nor the developer assumes any liabi- i lity for injuries or damages to personal property whatsoever. Violators of the above rules may have their pool privileges suspended at the discretion of the Board of Directors. XXII. Transfer of Condominium Units or Parcels - Leasing, Time Share Prohibited Section 1 - Sales and Conveyances Prior to the sale or transfer of a condominium unit or par- cel, any member desiring to sell or transfer shall first submit the name of the proposed purchaser and the contract of sale to the Board of Directors for their approval or disapproval. The Board of Directors shall give its approval or disapproval within thirty (30) days from the date of the submission of the contract of sale. If approved, the approval of the Board shall~be in writing and shall be executed in such manner as to entitle it to be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
