XXVI. SUBMISSION TO CONDOMINIUM
HILL TOP DEVELOPERS, INC., a California corporation
authorized to transact business in the State of Florida, the owner in
fee simple of the lands described in this Declaration .of Condominium
does hereby submit said lands to condominium pursuant to the provi-
sions herein contained and exhibits hereto.
