BY-LAWS
OF
. INDIAN PINES VILLAGE
CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.
A CORPORATION NOT-FOR-PROFIT
I. IDENTITY.
These are tl~e By-laws of INDIAN PINES VILLAGE CONDO-
MINIUM ASSOCIATION; INC., (called "Association" in these By-
laws), a corporation not-for-profit under the laws of the State -
of Florida. The Association has been organized foi the purpose
~ of administering a condominium pursuant to~Chapter 718, Florida
Statutes, (called the "Condominium Act" in these By-laws) which
condominium is identified by the name of INDIAN PINES VILLAGE
CONDOMINIUM and is located upon the following lands in St. Lucie
County, Florida:
For a point of reference, commence at the North-
west corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast
1/4 of Section 13, Township 34 South, Range 39 East,
5t. Lucie County, Florida. Run thence S.0°24'04"W.,
_ along the West boundary of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Northeast 1/4 of said Section•13, a distance of 465.12
feet for the~Point of Beginning. Continue thence
S.0°24'09"W.,-along said t~lest boundary of the South-
east 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 13, a
distance of 827.62•feet to a point on the Northerly
_ right-of-way line of Indrio Road; thence S.89°23'58"E.,
along said Northerly right-of-way line of Indrio Road,
a distance of 816.09 feet; thence NORTH, a distance
- of 1271.27 feet; thence WEST, a distance. of 247.34
feet; thence SOUTH, a distance of 435.12•feet; ~ -
thence WEST, a distance of 562.92 feet to the Point-
. of Beginning. '
~I All lying and being in Section 13, Township 34
! _ South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
and Containing 18.00 Acres, more or less.
A. Office.
The initial office of the Association shall be
located at 15000 Highway 54 West, 2ephyrhills, Florida 33599..
8. Fiscal Year. -
The Fiscal year of the Association shall be the •
calendar year.
C. Seal.
_ The seal of the corporation shall bear the name
of the corporation, the word "Florida", the words "corporation
not-for-profit" and the year of incorporation. - .
II. MEMBERS' MEETINGS.
_ A. Annual Mee~tin~
The annual members' meeting shall be held on the
last Monday in December in.each year at 7:00 p.m.; local time,
at the office of the Association or at such othei place in~ -
