THIS INDENTURE, executed this ~Q day of , 1980, between
LOIS HARDEGREE, as Personal Representative of the 8state of LORA REAVES, Deceased,
.party of the first part and FRANCES D. WOUTERS, party of the second part, whose

WITNESSETH
The party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and
other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys. and confirms to the party of the .second part,
.her heirs and assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida,
described as: -
The East 1/2 of Lots 7 and 8, Block 1, CRAMER'S
ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 2, Page 10, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida. Together with the West
5 feet of vacated alley ad3acent on the East.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second part, her heirs
and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the party of
the second part, her heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in

i and about this conveyance the laws of Florida have been followed and complied with
in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part, as Personal Representative
of the Estate of LORA REAVES, Deceased, has set her hand and seal on the day and
