Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and Non-Unlforn?
Covenants 18, 19, 20, 22 and 23 of this Mortgage, except that the second sentence of Covenant 15 is replaced by the
sentences"The state and local laws applicable to this Mortgage shall be the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Property
is located. The foregoing sentence shall not dmit the applicability of Federal law to this mortgage." Borrower and Lender
agree that all references to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form bt
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the PropertK Borrower, Lender and Note
defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions hereby incorporated
by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDmf)N1AtNt3N1)N~oRN4 COVENAWTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years from tha date of
this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shag be warred
by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the
principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, not indudutg sums advanced in accordance herewith to
protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed the original amount of the Note plus
US Z.50.000.00 . .
