Declaration of Condominitm thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 245, page
65, et seq., and as amended in Official Records Book 253, page 365, et seq.,
all of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

Subject to that certain mortgage recorded in O.R. Book 264, at Page 2409,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in favor of
Allstate Enterprises Mortgage Corp., an Ohio Corporation; Which the Grantee(s)
herein specifically assumes and agrees to pay.
The Grantor herein covenants. and avers that the lands conveyed hereby,
is not now, nor has it ever been Grantor's homestead, and that it is not
subject to Florida Homestead laws.
and the Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever,
except taxes for year 1980 and wbsequent, and restrictions, reservations, limitations, covenants, and easements of record, if any.
