copy of sales brochure vul floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amend-

and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property (>ti.~ters' A.tisociation; and
Purchaser further ackl,owledges receipt of and reading; and examination of said Declaration,
its Exhibits, :utd budget, sales bmc.lun•e and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foirgoing is essential to the successful operation and management
of the Condominitm,properfy and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the
owners therein. Purchaser and all oamers of parcels in the aforedescrihed Condominitun
covenant and agree to abide by each and eter}• pmvisiou of said Ieclaration of Condominitmr
and Exhibits attached thereto. I'ur•chaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all
