Said first mortgage payments will be forwarded by the MORTGAGEE herein to the first mortgagee. 1 (2) The MORTGAGORS herein shall at the request of the MORTGAGEE j herein acknowledge~in writing, the existence of the herein MORTGAGE and the amount still due thereon, on an estoppel form provided for this purpose by the MORTGAGEE herein. ~ ~ (3) The herein MORTGAGE is a second mortgage, junior and inferior to that certain first mortgage from the MORTGAGORS herein to FIRST FEDERAL S&L ASSOC. OF FT. PIERCE, dated _ and recorded in O.R.
