~itnessedt, that for good and valuable considerations, and also to consideration o/ the aggre-
gate sum named in the p?omissory note o/ even date herewith, hereina/let described, the mortgagor here-
by grants, baryafns, sells. aliens, remises, conveys and con/firms unto the mortgagee all the certain land
o/ urhich the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in Saint Lucie county,
Florida, viz
Lot 3, Block 4, Southern Pines Subdivision, as per plat thereof on
record ~n plat book 9, page 68, of the public records of St. Lucie
county, Florida.

IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE MORTGAGORS j
HEREIN COVENANT AND AGREE THAT: j
(1) The MORTGAGORS herein shall make within 15 days of the due {
date the payments called for in the first mortgage now en-
- cumbering-the herein property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at its
office or some other place as designated by the MORTGAGEE
herein. Said first mortgage payments will be forwarded by the
MORTGAGEE herein to the first mortgagee.

(2) The MORTGAGORS herein shall at the request of the MORTGAGEE j
herein acknowledge~in writing, the existence of the herein
MORTGAGE and the amount still due thereon, on an estoppel
form provided for this purpose by the MORTGAGEE herein. ~ ~
(3) The herein MORTGAGE is a second mortgage, junior and inferior
to that certain first mortgage from the MORTGAGORS herein
to FIRST FEDERAL S&L ASSOC. OF FT. PIERCE, dated _
and recorded in O.R. Book 337 , page 2219 , of the public ~
records of Saint Lucie County, Florida.

(4) NOTWITHSTANDING the right of prepayment as set out in the
i promissory note secured by the herein MORTGAGE, the herein
MORTGAGE and the promissory note secured thereunder, can not
be prepaid until the first mortgage now encumbering the herein
i property and due to FIRST FEDERAL S&L ASSOC. OF FT. PIERCE has
i been paid-off and satisfied of record. 1
