10. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of decedent other than as set
forth in pazagraph 11.
11. The original of the decedent's last will, dated November 29

is in the possession of the above court or accompanies this petition..
12. Decedent's will does not direct administration as required by Chapter 733, Florida
Statutes- Petitioners request that the decedent's last will be admitted to probate and an order of sum-
mary administration be entered directing distribution of the assets in the estate in accordance with the
Schedule set forth in pazagraph 9 of this petition.
Under penalties of perjury we declare that we have read the foregoing and the facts alleged
are true to the best of our knowledge and belief.
