ARTICLB III
I give certain items of the tangible personal property
owned by me at the time of my death to the persons and in the
manner described in the last dated writing made for this purpose
and signed by me that is in existence at the time of my death. If
there should arise any ambiguity between such separate. writing
and this Will, the provisions of this Will shall control.
ARTICLE IV
I g ive my set of imported crystal to my niece, JOAN P. -
ZIMMERMAN, presently residing at 1149 Broad Street, Bloomfield,
New Jersey.
ARTICLE V

I give any automobile which I may own at the time of my
death to my brother, EDMUND JACOBUS, presently residing at 45 E1
Camino Real, Spanish Lakes, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452, if he
~'i survives me. If my said brother fails to survive me, I give any
such automobile to my nephew, KENNETH MORTENSEN, presently
residing at 1590 Wildcat Trail, Stuart, Florida 33494.
ARTICLE VI

I give the residue of my estate, in the indicated
proportions, to the following named individuals:
THIRTY (30$) PERCENT to my brother, EDMUND
JACOBUS, presently residing at 45 E1 Camino
Real, Spanish Lakes, Port St. Lucie, Florida
33452;
THIRTY (30$) PERCENT to my brother, ROY
[ JACOBUS, presently residing at 200 Franklin
Street, Bloomfield, New Jersey;
THIRTY (30$) PERCENT to my sister, HELEN
MILLS, presently residing at 455 S. W. 156th
E Street, Seattle, Washington;
