TEN (10~) PERCENT to my niece, JOAN
ZIMMERMAN, presently residing at 1149~Broad
Street, Bloomfield, New Jersey.
If any one or more of the foregoing shall fail to
survive me, I direct that the portion or portions to which those
persons would have been entitled, be equally divided among my
brother, EDMUND JACOBUS, my brother, ROY JACOBUS and my sister,
HELEN MILLS, or the survivors of them. My niece, JOAN ZIMMERMAN,

shall not share in those portions to be divided because of the ~
death of one of `my two brothers or my sister.
ARTICLE VII
I intentionally omit and do not provide for any
relatives or other persons not named in this Will. Such omission
is deliberate and not-due to oversight on my part.
ARTICLE VIII
' I name my brother, EDMUND JACOBUS, as personal
representative of my estate. If he fails or ceases to serve, I t
I name my brother-in-law, GEORGE MORTENSEN, as successor personal
'i representative. I direct that no bond shall be required of either
! of the foregoing while serving as my per~ysonal representative.

ARTICLE IX

The personal representatives named in this Will and
their successors and parties serving in their stead, shall be
governed by the provisions of Section 733.612 and 737.402, and
Chapter 738, Florida Statutes 1975, that are not in conflict with
this instrument, and shall have all additional powers and
protection granted by statute to them at the time of application

that are not in conflict with this instrument. In addition and
not in limitation of any common-law or any statutory authority,
and without application to any Court, they shall follow the
