Your Petitioner, EDWARD MODZELESKI, respectfully shows unto the
Court as follows:
1. The duly qualifigd and acting Personal Representative of the
above Estate, Benjamin I. Chmura, died on April 30, 1980.
2. Your Petitioner is named in Paragraph FOURTH of the Last Will
and Testament of the decedent as successor Personal Representative.
3. The assets in this Estate passed, by operation of law, to the
surviving spouse of the decedent.
4. The value of the entire Estate in this State does not exceed
$10,000.
5. All tax releases have been obtained and filed, all claims have
been paid or are barred, and this Court, without appointing a successor

personal representative, should enter an Order of Summary Administration and
Discharge of Benjamin I. Chmura as Personal Representative of this Estate.

f WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays for an Order of Summary Administration ~
and Discharge of Benjamin I. Chmura as Personal Representative in this
