PETITION FOR AUTHORIZATION TO SELL REAL ESTATE '
LOIS HARDEGREE, as the duly appointed, qualified-and acting Personal
Representative of the Estate of LORA REAVES, Deceased, respectfully shows:
1. lfiat one of the assets of the above styled estate is real property
hereinafter described: -
The East 1/2 of Lots 7 and 8, Block 1, CRA1~R'S
ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 2, Page 10, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida. Together with the West -
S feet of vacated alley adjacent on the East.
2. That your Petit~ei
has entered into an oral contract to sell
said property, including furniture and furnishings, for the sum of $30,000.00
cash less title insurance and other ordinary expenses of closing, said oral

contract being with FRANCES D. WOUTERS.
3. That the purchase price is a fair and equitable price for said
property; that attached hereto and made a part hereof are consents to said -
sale from all of the beneficiaries of said estate.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner moves the Court to enter its Order authorizing
your Petitioner to sell said property in accordance with said oral contract for
~ the price set forth therein less the costs of said sale.
