PETITION FOR AUTHORIZATION TO SELL REAL ESTATE
LOIS HARDEGREE, as the duly appointed, qualified and acting Personal
Representative of the Estate of LORA REAVES, Deceased, respectfully shows:
1. That one of the assets of the above styled estate is real property
hereinafter described: -
Lot 13, Block 2, FULTZ'S SUBDIVISION, as per Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 36, Public
-Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That your Petitioner has entered into an oral contract to sell
said property, foi the sum of $20,000.00 cash, less title insurance and
other ordinary expenses of closing, said oral contract being with G. L. AYERS.
3. That the purchase price is a fair and equitable price for said
property; that attached hereto and made a part hereof are consents to said
sale from all of the beneficiaries of said estate.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner moves the Court to enter its Order authorizing

f your Petitioner to sell said property in accordance with said oral-contract for

the price set forth therein less the costs of said sale.
