THIS CAUSE coming on before this Court upon the Petition of LOIS
HARDEGREE, as Personal Representative of the above estate and the Court having
determined that it is in the best interest of the estate that the property
described in said Petition be sold to FRANCES D. WOUTERS in accordance with

the terms stated in said Petition, said sale being paid in cash, less title
insurance and the ordinary expenses of seller incurred in connection with-said
sale, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that LOIS HARDEGREE, as Personal Representative
of the above estate be authorized to sell the following described property,
to wit : ~
The East 1/2 of Lots 7 and 8, Block 1, CRAHER'S
ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 2, Page 10, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida. Together with the West
S feet of vacated alley adjacent on the East.

to FRANCES D. WOUTERS for $30,000.00 cash, including furniture and furnishings,
~ less title insurance and ordinary expenses of seller incurred in connection with
said sale.
