ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL ESTATE
THIS CAUSE coming on before this Court upon the Petition of LOIS
HARDEGREE, as Personal Representative of the above estate and the Court having ~
determined that it is in the best interest of the estate that the property
described in said Petition be sold to G. L. AYERS in accordance with the terms
stated in said Petition, said sale being paid in cash, less title insurance
and the ordinary expenses of seller incurred in connection with said sale,
it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that LOIS HARDEGREE, as Personal Representative
of the above estate be authorized to sell the following described property, to wit:
Lot 13, Block 2, FULTZ'S SUBDIVISION, as per Plat.
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 36, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
to G. L. AYERS, for $20,000.00 cash less title insurance and ordinary expenses
~ of seller incurred in connection with said sale.
