1. Petitioner has an interest, in the above Estate in that the
na~necl Personal Representative and the Successor Personal Representive in the
Will of the decedent have waived their right to act and have consented too
Petitioner actis~g as Ancillary Personal Representative. Petitioner's name
and address is Robert C. Salisbury, 324 Royal Palm Way, P.O. Box 2775, Palm
Beach, Florida, and the name and address of Petitioner's Atborr~eys are set
forth at the end of this Petition,
2. Decedent, BEN~7AMIN I. CiiMURA, whose last Juyo~,m address was
133 Spring Street, Wirr3sor hocks, Oonnecticut, died on April 30, 1930 at
Windsor Locks, Connecticut, and at the time of death the decedent was dcmicile3
in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. -
