LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
BENJAMIN I. CHMURA
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, BENJAMIN I. CHMURA, .
of the Town of Windsor Locks, County of Hartford and State of
Connecticut, being of lawful age, of sound and disposing mind,
memory and judgment, do hereby make, publish and declare this
as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all Wills
and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct the. payment of my funeral expenses and
just debts by my Executor hereinafter named, except any debt
secured by mortgage of real estate; and I hereby direct that
all legacy, succession, inheritance, transfer and estate taxes
levied or assessed upon or with respect to any property which
is included as part of my gross estate for the purpose of any
such tax, shall be „paid by my Executor out of my estate in the
same manner as an expense of administration, and shall not be
~ prorated or apportioned among nor charged against the respective
devisees, legatees, beneficiaries, transferees or other recipients,
nor charged against any property passing or which may have passed
i to any of them, and that my Executor shall not exercise any
privilege of reimbursement for any portion of any such tax from
any such person. .
SECOND: ~ I give, devise and bequeath real estate known as
133 Spring Street, Windsor Locks, Connecticut together with, but
limited to all furniture dishes cookware ea i
t ng utensils and
other furnishings therein to ROMAN BIS, presently of Windsor Locks,

Connecticut, to be his absolutely and forever, or if he shall have
predeceased me, then said real estate and said personal property
shall pass as part of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate
as hereinafter set forth.
