THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
both real and personal, wherever situated, I give, devise and
bequeath absolutely to my nephew, EDWARD MODZELESKI, presently
of Agawam, Massachusetts, to be his absolutely and forever,•or
if said nephew shall have predeceased me leaving issue surviving,
then to said issue per stirpes.
.FOURTH: I hereby nominate and appoint RONALD F. STORMS,
presently of.Windsor Locks, Connecticut, as Executor of this my
Last Will and Testament and hereby direct that no bond or other
security shall be required of him for the qualification, discharge
and performance of his duties as Executor of this my Last Will
and Testament. If said Executor named herein is unable, unwilling
or ceases to so act, then I appoint my said nephew, EDWARD
MODZELESKI, to act in his place and stead, also to serve without
bond or other security.
FIFTH: I hereby grant to my hereinbefore named Executor,
in addition to the general powers conferred upon him by law, the
following discretionary powers with respect to any and all
property or interests at any time constituting part of my estate:
f (a) To continue, settle or discontinue any business or

partnership in which I may be interested.

i (b) To continue to hold any property, real, personal or
~ otherwise, including but not limited to stocks, bonds, real estate

or investments, in the form in which it shall be at the time of
my death, without regard to the limitations imposed by law.

~ convert or otherwise dispose of, or grant options with respect
to any and~all property at any time forming part of my estate,

(d) To exercise rights to subscribe to or convert securities.

(e) To vote, in person or by general proxy, any and all
stock in any and all corporations at any and all meetings of
