stockholders for any and all purposes without any limitations
whatsoever.
(f) To compromise any claim by or against the estate upon
such terms as may be deemed advisable.
(g) To make distributions in cash or in kind or partly in
each at valuations to be determined by the Executor, whose
decision as to value shall be conclusive. -
