The undersigned petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate
as executor of the estate of MARGARETHA P. KELLER, Deceased.
2. MARGARETHA P. REELER, late of San Mateo
County, California died on January 14, 1980, leaving a Last Will
and Testament dated January 10, 1980 which was duly proved and
admitted to Probate and recorded in the Superior .Court of San
Mateo County, State of California in a Court of Probate
Jurisdiction on March 27, 1980.
3. That the Will -complies with the Laws of Florida
as to form and manner of execution and devising real property in
this County.

4. Duly -authenticated copies-of the Last Will and
Testament, Petition for Probate, Order Admitting Will to Probate,
~ Letters of Administration, and the part of the Domiciliary record ~

that shows the names of the devisees under the Will are filed

with this Petition. -
5. By Deed dated July 10, 1969, ALFRED W. REELER
and MARGARETHA KELLER, his wife, became vested in title to
property located in St. Lucie County, Florida and known as:

LOT 20, BLOCK 86, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION ~27, ~
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 5, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County., Florida.

~ Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
6. ALFRED W. KELLER, a/k/a ALFRED WALTER KELLER,
died on November 8, 1972, a copy of his Certificate of Death
