7. MARGARETHA KELLER, a/k/a MARGARETHA P. REELER,
- died on January 14, 1980, a resident at the time of her death of
San Mateo County, State of California, a copy of her Certificate
of Death being attached hereto.
8. During the lifetime of the Decedent, MARGARETHA
REELER, she entered into an Agreement of Sale for the above
described real estate with one ROBERT M. CLOSE and IRENE CLOSE,
his wife, a copy of which is attached hereto.
9. That at the time of the Decedent's death the
only property owned by her in the State of Florida was the
above-described real estate. ,
10. That a copy of the Last Will and Testament of
the Decedent, MARGARETHA REELER, is attached hereto. -
11. That your Petitioner herein LUDOLF R. WENTHOLT,
was duly admit :2d as the Executor of the estate of MARGARETHA P.
KELLER, Deceased on March 28, 1980 in the Superior Court of
California, County of San Mateo, and authenticated copy of said
Letters Testamentary being attached hereto. .
12. Venue-of this proceeding is in this County
because of the location of the property in question for which the
right and authority of sale is herein requested.

13. The assets in phis estate and their estimated

values are: -
A. Property located in the State of Florida:
$2,500.00.
B. Property located. outside of the State of
Florida: $157,500.00.

and a Federal Estate Tax Return will be required to be filed.
14. The value of the entire estate subject to
administration, less the value of property exempt from the Claims
,of Creditors, does not exceed $10,000.00.
15. The estate is' not subject to any indebtedness
~ within the State of Florida.
16. It is proposed that upon the sale of the above
