17. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil of the Decedent other than the Will attached hereto.
18. Decedent's Will does not direct administration
as required by Florida Statute 733 and Petitioner requests that
the Decedent's Last Will be admitted to probate, that an Order be
entered directing the sale of the aforesaid real property located
in St. Lucie, County, Florida in accordance with the Agreement of
Sale entered into by the Decedent during her lifetime and that an
Order of Summary Administration be entered. directing distribution
of the proceeds from said sale to LUDOLF R. WENTHOLT, Executor of
the estate of MARGARETHA P. KELLER, Deceased.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have
read•the foregoing and the facts alleged are true to the best of
my knowledge and belief.
