h nia, declare that this is my Will, hereby revoking all prior wills and
codicils I have made. ~
FIRST: I was married to~ALFRED W. KELLER who is now de-
ceased. I have no children.

SECOND: I give all my jewelry in existence at•the time of
my death to ERIKA FRANRL KELLER, sometimes known as ERIKA FRANRL, who pr
sently resides at: Schlierbacher Landstrasser 132b, Heidelberg, Germany.
( I f ERIKA FRANKL KELLER should not- survive me for one hundred eighty (180) -

days, then I give said jewelry in the residue of my estate as hereafter
ti stated.
THIRD: I direct that the entire residue of my estate pass
to and be held by JAMES A. THOMPSON pursuant to a general power of appoi -
ment to distribute said estate in such amounts and in such proportions a

~ he in his sole and absolute discretion deems fit and proper. Said power
shall be exercised by said JAMES A. THOMPSON to pay as much or as little
~ of my estate to whomever he-shall so choose, including, but not limited
to, the following: .
1. A contribution to that certain Orphanage de San
Jose, located in the City of Manila, Phillippine Islands;
2. A contribution to Our Lady of Angels 'Catholic Church
in~the City of Burlingame, California;

- City of San Mateo, California; - -
4.- Contributions to those persons ~.•ho have provided medi
