FOURTH: I nominate LUDOLF R. WENTHOLT of Pacific Grove,
California, as Executor of this Will to serve without bond. If he shall
for any reason fail to qualify or cease to act .as Executor, I nominate
,n H. FRANK WENTHOLT, of Belmont, California, as Executor, to serve without
ti bond. The term "my Executor" as used in this Will shall include any
~ personal representative of my estate, and shall represent my estate in
` all matters regarding all property of my estate, including, but not - •
limited to, all real property interest I may have in the State of
~ California. '
~ I authorize my Executor to sell, with or without notice, at
either public or private sale, and. to lease any property belonging to
~ my estate, subject only to such confirmation of court as may be required
by law. I direct my executor to pay all claims in existence at the
time of my death, including all medical debts and attorneys' fees owing
to the law firm of Wilhe]'m, Thompson, Wentholt & Gibbs. I further direc

~ my executor to pay all necessary attorneys' fees and costs for the
• administration of my estate.
FIFTH: I have not entered into either a contract to make
Wills or a contract not to revoke wills; except as otherwise provided
in this Will, I have intentionally omitted to provide herein for any of
my heirs living at the date of my death; and, as used in this Will, the
masculine, feminine, or neuter gender, and the singular or plural number
shall each be deemed to include the others whenever the context so
indicates. Should any person or institution contest any provision of
